Each year, Clear Lake Parks and Recreation hosts a Halloween Parade for families.  Meet at City Hall (15 N 6th St) at 9:30 a.m. and follow the parade down to City Park.  Costumes encouraged! Each participant will receive a goodie bag full of items donated by businesses in town, available while supplies last.  It’s a HOWLing good time!
