Ah, the good old days. Full of romance. People lived simpler lives. Things weren’t as complicated.

When you walk into your warm indoor bathroom, be happy you don’t have to shovel a path to it after it snows. Especially in the dead of winter at 2am. By the way- they were not heated.
A couple of older guys were telling some young kids what good runners they were. They discovered this when the outhouse they tipped over, just a bit of mischief, had an unexpected man sitting in it.
So sleep securely knowing your outhouse can’t be easily tipped.
